Norman Todd has been an elder at CCF since . Norman's list of talks is not huge but it carries with it years of research into areas such as Bible dating (especially as relates to Egyptian and Hebrew Kings), and the meaning of the star and constellations. Norman also recently released the well received booklet entitled Noah's Tsunamis. Also worth mentioning is Norman's excellent tape on the Zodiac.
While Norman was born in Brussels, Belgium to an English father and a Belgian mother, he grew up in East Anglia. He studied accountancy after finishing his schooling and later enlisted in the RAF where he was saved through the witness of another serviceman and a couple of charasmatic Welshmen. It was at the wedding of this serviceman, to whom he was best man, that he met his wife Grace.
Norman and Grace settled in Bognor Regis where they were both Covenanter leaders in the Brethren and where Norman also continued his passion for stamp collecting as an international mail order dealer. At the same time his family continued to grow with the birth of Norman's eldest, Pam.

Norman's next venture was to take over a Christian Bookshop in Bognor which eventually moved to a building Norman bought at 30 Crescent Road, its present position, with CCF Tapes office above. During this time, Norman and Grace became part of the nascient Chichester Christian Fellowship, Norman being eventually appointed as one of its first elders.
Until his recent retirement, Norman was a lecturer at Christ for the Nations Bible College situated first at Midhurst and for the last few years as part of The Royal Norfolk Hotel on Bognor Regis seafront.
Students have been able to benefit from his years of research into his specialist subjects: the dating of Egyptian & Hebrew kings, and the Biblical meaning of the stars and constellation (the Zodiac).
Norman's retirement, however, will be far from quiet with his normal morning routine of lengthy bike rides and long swims being complemented with continued teaching commitments at the Bible college. Equally, his family is still growing apace, with his four children providing morn that enough in the way of grandparenting duties (grandchild number eight having just arrived).
