1.These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed according to English Law.

2.Although CCF Tapes will endeavour to ensure the accuracy of all information made available on the web site, neither CCF Tapes or other representatives will be liable for damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the use of this site.

3.Prices and availability information is subject to change without notice.

4.All goods remain the property of CCF Tapes until paid for in full.

7.Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and us will take place upon dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.

Delivery Policy

How much does it cost?

When 'Current Shipping' is selected as 'UK Standard Post' on the shopping basket the consignment will be sent by Royal Mail Second Class Packet Post or Large Letter Post, depending on size. This is included in the displayed price shown on each item on the site.

When 'Current Shipping' is selected as 'UK First Class' on the shopping basket the consignment will be sent by Royal Mail First Class Packet Post or Large Letter Post, depending on size. The additional cost will be shown on the basket when this option is selected.

When 'Current Shipping' is selected as 'Europe' on the shopping basket the consignment will be sent by Royal Mail Europe Airmail. The additional cost will be shown on the basket when this option is selected.

When 'Current Shipping' is selected as 'Rest of the World' on the shopping basket the consignment will be sent by Royal Mail Overseas Airmail. The additional cost will be shown on the basket when this option is selected.

Large consignments may be divided into two or more packets if this is more economical.

 

How long does it take?

We hold reasonable stocks of the more popular items but occasionally it may take an extra day or so to produce items for a large order.

We attempt to dispatch your order on the day it is received. However, CCF Tapes relies upon the services of a third party, and whilst we endeavour to ‘keep to our word’ there are unfortunately a few occasions when they fail to perform the service that they are required to. This happens rarely, but because it does occur, albeit occasionally, we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item. Equally, if the goods are damaged upon receipt please contact our office by the above methods within 7 days of delivery.

Returns and Refunds

“I want to cancel my order in full”

You can cancel your order in full before it is dispatched. If your cancellation request is made up to the point at which your order is dispatched, we will stop the parcel from being sent out and offer a full refund if payment has already been made. Once the parcel has been dispatched you may return it for a refund less outgoing mailing costs. Please email us at sales@ccftapes.co.uk before doing so. The return postage is your responsibility.

“I want to cancel part of my order.”

You can cancel part of your order before it is dispatched. If your cancellation request is made up to the point at which you order is dispatched, we will repack the parcel and offer a partial refund if payment has already been made. Once the parcel has been dispatched you may return the unwanted part for a partial refund. Please email us at sales@ccftapes.co.uk before doing so. The return postage is your responsibility.

 

“I have changed my mind about my purchase”

If you change your mind about your purchase for whatever reason, you may return the item, unused, in its original condition along with full packaging and proof of purchase within 7 days of delivery for exchange or a refund.

Only the cost of the goods will be refunded: you will have to pay the carriage costs yourself unless the reason for return is established as being an error on our part, whereupon we will refund the carriage costs directly to you.
